Actor Anshuman Singh Rajput who is now become a household name with his popular TV soap ‘Mitwa’ which has been airing. Playing an epitome of all things good can get a bit monotonous at times, but he believes in putting his best foot forward even if certain things ain’t in his control. In an exclusive tete-a-tete with Anshumam gets candid about his role and why he hasn’t taken a plunge into Bollywood yet, being on screen, dabbling with a new medium and much more. His zone is into three types of acting like romantic, rugged and serious. He wants to mix all these types and would love to enact a role on the basis of these kinds of roles.
He says, “A person’s inner as well as outer beauty both are important but outer beauty is more important than inner beauty. If you have a beautiful face and attractive look but your attitude towards other and your voice tone is not good then it fades your attractive look. And if your behaviour towards others is soft and kind-hearted then whatever you look like you will be always appreciated and your soul will be satisfied.” Anshuman quoted for all his fans that “whatever you want to do in this world, it is achievable. The most important thing that I’ve found, that perhaps you could use is hard work and honesty.”
He is distinct on the fact that self-confidence is very important for an artist. ‘You walk your life only after seeing your purpose.’ When asked if he was an actor, he replied what was then and to which he would be a cricket player, but now acting is the only thing he can do for the rest of his life. That is. He also wants to join the army. Finally, Anshuman said, “I really got in touch with my family and they supported me a lot in all my thick and thin.”
