Lexicon Kids opened its doors 15 years ago with a modest enrolment of 30 children and three classrooms. To do this, Lexicon Kids constituted what they called their Assured Progress Quadrant – a fourfold, proprietary method of ensuring that every child in the care experiences significant progress in their time at Lexicon Kids. Its flagship branch in Viman Nagar now accommodates over 300 children, contributing to a total enrolment of more than 850 across four other branches in Handewadi, Dhanori, Vishrantwadi, and Kharadi, as well as three successful franchise locations. A pivotal figure in the success story of Lexicon Kids is Ms. Aditi Thakker. Starting her journey as a pre-nursery teacher 15 years ago, Ms. Thakker’s passion for early childhood education and her background in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, and Nutrition have been instrumental in shaping the institution’s educational ethos. Today, she serves as the Head Principal of Lexicon Kids and Principal of Lexicon Kids Viman Nagar, overseeing the educational and operational aspects with dedication and expertise.
