Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], June 13, 2024: Tanuruha Chaudhuri, a B.Tech graduate and visionary entrepreneur, has emerged as a notable figure in the business world, transforming her ambitions into successful ventures that inspire many.
After graduating in 2017, Tanuruha pursued an advanced VLSI diploma in Hyderabad, expanding her technical knowledge and skills. In 2018, she joined a content writing firm in Kolkata, where her passion for entrepreneurship began to take root. Despite her initial success, she felt a compelling urge to create something of her own. Even her Brother in law was the first one who told her to pursuit the dream.
In October 2020, after much contemplation, Tanuruha founded Windclips, a content writing company. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication led to the company’s rapid growth, employing over 50 professionals. Not stopping there, she launched Wiicli, a digital marketing and web development firm, demonstrating her versatility and business acumen.
Recently, Tanuruha expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits into the culinary world with the launch of Bakefikar, a bakery startup. Her love for baking, particularly making brownies, adds a personal touch to this venture, bringing her joy and satisfaction.
Tanuruha’s journey from a small family in Garia, Kolkata, to a successful entrepreneur has been supported by her family. Her mother always taught her to be independent. Her father, a retired gazetted officer, her elder sister, the academic dean of Narayana Olympiad in Bengaluru, and her husband, who has provided unwavering support, have all played crucial roles in her success.
“I come from a family where no one had ventured into business before. My parents and sister have been my backbone, supporting me through every challenge. If a girl from a small place like me can achieve this, anyone can,” says Tanuruha.
In 2022, Tanuruha bought her first car, a significant milestone that brought tears of pride to her parents’ eyes. Her story is a testament to the power of perseverance, familial support, and unwavering ambition.
