Employee feedback highlights leadership credibility, teamwork, and pride at work
Navi Mumbai, January 13th, 2026: Drychem India Private Limited has been certified as a Great Place To Work® for the second consecutive year by the Great Place To Work® Institute, India. The certification is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through the Trust Index® Survey, reinforcing the authenticity and credibility of the recognition. As part of the assessment, Drychem recorded an overall average score of 84% on the Great Place To Work® Model, with employees affirming that Drychem is a Great Place To Work. The survey witnessed a 93% participation rate, significantly higher than the benchmark for mid-sized organisations. Employees highlighted pride in the organisation, effective team collaboration, manager approachability, and a safe, supportive work environment as key strengths.
The survey covered all eligible employees across locations and was conducted anonymously and confidentially, independently administered by Great Place To Work®. This ensured candid participation and an accurate representation of the employee experience across the organisation.
