A Journey of Growth & Inspiration-Easy- “Choose the Easy Path to Live it Fully” by Author Veekkas Gupta

1. Can you provide an overview of your book and how it addresses key challenges in the world today?

The key challenges in the book is India’s ranking in the happiness index. If India’s ranking is almost last, what are we doing wrong and this issue is a major issue and I’ve found out how it can be treated very very easily. I’ve done out with a simplistic way of sharing our thoughts with like minded people and let everyone help each other in form of support, feedback and empathetic conversations.

2. What inspired you to write this book, and what specific expertise or experiences do you bring to the subject matter?

My inspiration to write the book came from 2 things, my past when I was just 8 years, whatever I’ve mentioned in the chapter 31 years in the making and also when I started reading my 1st book, 11 commandments of life by Santosh Nair. So one is my real life incident when I got too low, trust me those 2 – 2.5 years journey was like pathetic, I know how difficult it was for me and my family so when I was small, I promised myself one day I will share this journey with people and also when I read the book by our great sit Santosh Nair, it was like wow, the goosebumps it gave me, about the journey he shared Maine socha mein bhi likhega ek din and here it is.

3. Could you share some of the most valuable insights or takeaways that readers can expect from your book?

There’s a chapter in the book named possibility thinkers and I’ve mentioned a few real time examples about people when things don’t go smooth , how solid people whom we later take inspiration from think and go ahead… A solid combination of using both your left brain and right brain, when any one uses intelligence and emotions to the highest degree any thing that you dream of becomes possible.

4. Can you highlight any case studies or real-world examples from your book that illustrate the principles you discuss?

One illustration I’d like to share is from the chapter “author at his best” where I mentioned the dunning kruger effect. An awesome concept shared and this is shared with an amateur playing chess, and the example is so easy and relatable, one should definitely read this one!

5. Are there any particular challenges or obstacles you encountered while writing this book, and how did you overcome them?

The book which was started with joy, enthusiasm and happiness ended on a sad note, but with a meaningful turn, how unpredictable life can be. So the last chapter “papa” was very difficult for me to write but I kept myself strong and completed it. The end although sad but answered a lot many unasked questions!

6. What do you hope readers will gain from reading your book, and how do you envision it making a positive impact on their lives?

If readers want to gain, there’s so much to gain from the book. Let’s understand we’ve everything to be happy about and understand it is in God’s hands how much he wishes to give us. We can rather we should ask and work hard for more but be happiest for the smallest bit we’ve. And if you’re a good person spreading the word, this is a bible everyone should read and contribute to peoples happiness. We all are soldiers here but we live a selfish life, go ahead, do nothing just spread happiness by keeping yourself happy!

7. In a rapidly changing environment, how does your book stay relevant and adaptable for readers over time?

There are some things which are evergreen. I read somewhere, your thoughts will remain even  though when the writer is no more, so the thoughts which are shared in the book will always be immortal and this is a life changing task which is assigned with the book, so yes if this book reaches the right audiences, this book will do wonders and will impact society at large!
